With a mission to construct an alternate vehicle to pursue research in Antarctica, we are grateful to collaborate with various companies and institutes. Their support allows Team Polar to continue to connect with students, researchers and industry. The names for the tiers of support are insipired by penguin names and their order reflects the height of those species. Thus, the levels are in decreasing order of height: Emperor, Gentoo, Chinstrap, Adélie.
The Eindhoven University of Technology is where all of Team Polar's members study and obtain their degree. It is also the home of our team, as we are located on their campus. The university supports us financially, gives us space to operate and shares expertise with us, allowing us to get closer to building the Antarctic rover.
