MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join Team Polar. You have a passion for developing content, social media and graphic design for our brand. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and public engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Team Polar brand

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube.

​​

  • Design and create graphics for digital and print marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures

​​

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners

​​

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns

​​

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth

​​

  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

​​

  • Manage the Team Polar website and ensure it is up to date with the latest information and news

​​

  • Collaborate with other subteams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and marketing efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willingness to learn

​​

  • Affinity for marketing, communications, or related field

​​

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

​​

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is a plus

​​

  • Proficiency in Canva is a plus

​​

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective algorithms

​​

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on marketing campaign performance

​​

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

​​

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
